	Deleting a branch is permanent. It CANNOT be undone. Continue?
Would be nice if we could catch that the R/knitr compilation failed and stop the script from compiling LaTeX.
That way errors would be easier for the user to see, and we would avoid leaving the user with a broken PDF.
